Luggage
If needed, you can leave your luggage in a supervised coat rack area at the theatre.

On-site registration & welcome coffee
Registration opens at 10:00 AM on Tuesday in the theatre lobby and stays open throughout the event. Show your QR code (from City of Lappeenranta, fes@lappeenranta.fi) or register by name.
Between 10:00–12:00, enjoy coffee, explore the exhibition, and network – or have lunch at nearby restaurants.

Lunch Options
Lunch is at your own expense and can be enjoyed at one of the many nearby restaurants in the city centre.

Kattava Catering offers lunch at a special conference price of €13.70.
Just mention the Future Energy Solutions conference.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTNERS

Exhibition Setup
You can set up your stand on Tuesday from 9:00 AM. Tables will be labeled with your organization’s name.

What’s provided at your stand
– Giga Partners: larger tables
– Kilo and Mega Partners: two small cocktail tables
– Electricity available at all stands
– Screens are not provided, but you may bring your own

Please take down your stand right after the final session on Wednesday, by 13:00 at the latest. 

EVENING PROGRAM ON TUESDAY (pre-registration required)

🚢 Lake Saimaa Cruise
Tuesday, 9 September | 19:00–22:00 (be there at 18:45)

Departure at 19:00 from Lappeenranta Harbour (M/S Camilla, Satamatie 3), just 900 m from the City Theatre.
Dinner will be served indoors, but you’re also welcome to enjoy the lake views from the outer deck.

LOCATION: Scandic Patria, Kauppakatu 21.

TUE 9 SEP 16.15 – 17.45 WORKSHOP: Planning and developing the smart energy system. Technical solutions and shared experiences from the past and ongoing projects.
LOCATION: Kultturitila Nuijamies, Valtakatu 39.

Instructions for workshops and round table sessions will be provided directly by the session facilitators.
