ARRIVAL AND LUNCH

Venue
Lappeenranta City Theatre is located on the third floor of IsoKristiina Shopping Centre (Address: Kaivokatu 5, 53100 Lappeenranta). The theatre can be accessed by lift from all levels of the shopping centre.

Arrival and parking
Lappeenranta railway station and bus stations are located approximately two kilometers from the City Theatre. If you are arriving by car, several parking facilities are available nearby.

The most convenient parking option is the IsoKristiina underground parking hall, which offers 550 parking spaces across multiple levels. Please note that parking is subject to a fee. If you are staying at the Sokos Hotel Lappee, the hotel has its own parking hall:

Luggage
If needed, you can leave your luggage in a supervised coat rack area at the theatre.

On-site registration
Registration opens at 10:00 AM on Tuesday in the theatre lobby and remains open throughout the event. Please have your personal QR code ready when arriving at the registration desk to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process. You can find your QR code in the email titled “Future Energy Solutions: Your QR Code for Registration”.

Welcome coffee and networking
Between 10:00–12:00, enjoy coffee, visit the exhibition area, network with other participants – or have lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

Lunch Options
Lunch is at your own expense. Kattava Catering offers special rates for conference participants at the following restaurants:
– Helmiina (City Hall, Villimiehenkatu 1)
– Saimaa (Kirkkokatu 9, 6th floor)
– Konttori (Villimiehenkatu 2 B)
Please mention the conference or show your conference badge when paying.
IsoKristiina and nearby areas also offer many restaurants and cafés.

Exhibition Setup:
You may set up your stand on Tuesday, 8 September from 9:00 AM onwards. If you need any assistance, our staff at the registration desk will be happy to help.

Stand Facilities:
– two small cocktail tables
– electricity available at all stands
– screens are not provided, but you may bring your own

TUESDAY EVENING NETWORKING EVENT (for Pre-Registered Participants)

Tuesday, 8 September 2026 | 19:00–21:00
Kehruuhuone, Kristiinankatu 20, 53900 Lappeenranta (approximately 1.5 km from the City Theatre)

Join us for an informal networking evening with fellow conference participants. The event includes a welcome drink, one beverage with food (additional drinks may be purchased at your own expense), a selection of cocktail bites, and local Lappeenranta specialties.
